Additional documents and information

We reserve the right, where deemed necessary, to request additional proof of your identity and/or address at any time, regardless of whether your account has already been verified. The list of additional documents may include (but is not limited to):

• A photo (selfie) of you holding your passport / ID card / Alien Registration Certificate
• A second identification document and/or proof of address
• Birth certificate
• Bank account, card, or e-wallet statement

Additionally, we reserve the right, when necessary, to verify the source of the funds you use for betting. You may be asked to provide additional information and documentation showing that you have sufficient financial resources to support your betting activity. Such information may include:

• Your occupation and salary,
• Supported by documents such as a copy of your payslip, and/or
• Bank statement, and/or
• Tax return, or any other document deemed necessary.

Your account may be subject to restrictions or may even be suspended until you provide the required information and documents for the completion of our verification checks.

If it is found that you hold more than one active account or that the information/documents you have provided are false or invalid (including documents altered using image editing software), the Company reserves the right to:

• Cancel any bets placed from the account in question
• Close the account
• Report any violations to the relevant authorities
• Withhold all funds until the necessary investigation is completed.
