Account Verification (KYC)

According to the regulations of the National Betting Authority and Cypriot Law, we are obliged to confirm that:

1. The details you have given us during your registration are correct and valid
2. You have reached the age of 18.

For this purpose, your account must be verified.

Once your account is verified successfully, you will be able to access all the functionalities of your account, including making withdrawal requests.

The account verification procedure needs to be completed within thirty (30) days of your registration, or earlier in the case where you wish to proceed with a withdrawal, and/or when your deposits are equal to or exceed the amount of €2,000.
