The below documents are accepted for the verification process:
Identification documents:
- Colour photo of both sides of your ID
- Colour photo of your passport
If you are a foreign national of a third country you should also upload:
- Color copy of Alien Registration Certificate/Certificate (A.R.C) along with your Certificate/Residence Permit
Proofs of residential address*:
- Telecommunications provider (CYTA/Cablenet/Primetel/Epic) for internet services, pay-TV or landline services (please include all the pages of your utility bill). A utility bill for mobile services cannot be accepted.
- Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)
- Water and Sewerage Boards
- Local Government Authorities (e.g., garbage collection fees, property tax, property tax or any other tax payment).
- Certificate from the President of the Community Council confirming the player’s permanent residential address,
* The above documents must be issued within the last six (6) months and bear the name and address provided during your registration.
In case you do not have a utility bill in your name but in the name of a third person who lives with you, the utility bill should be accompanied by one of the following documents depending on the case:
- an affidavit in which the relationship between you is clarified and the permanent residential address is confirmed, or
- a certificate signed by the President of the Community Council, confirming that your permanent residential address is as stated in the utility bill.
Postal Verification Residential Address
If you do not have any of the above documents, then alternatively we can verify your permanent residential address by sending you a verification code to the address you have registered with, on our website.
As soon as you receive the relevant letter, you should send us a photo of this letter, either via email to support@in2bet.com.cy or via Live Chat.
Make sure that your documents meet the following criteria in order to be accepted:
- the document is in colour and of adequate quality
- the full document is displayed (all four corners could be seen)
- the document is valid
- the information found in the document is visible (clear)
Once the review of your documents is completed by the relevant department, you will be notified by email.
If there is any problem with the documents, our Customer Support Team will contact and will advise you to send the appropriate documents again.
Payment Method:
- For Credit/Debit Card: photo of the credit/debit card you have used or plan to use for your deposits, both sides. The last four (4) digits of the 16-digit number, the cardholder's name and the card's expiration date should be visible. Make sure the last three (3) digits (CCV) are hidden. In the event that your full name is not written or that the card number and the cardholder’s name are on different sides of the card, you should also send a copy of the card confirmation (Card Confirmation).
- For Skrill/Neteller: screenshot from your Skrill/Neteller account. All personal information must be legible (name, email address, mobile phone number, ID number).
