The following documents are accepted for the verification process:
Identity Documents:
- A colour photo of both sides of your identity card
- A colour photo of your passport and/or Alien Registration Certificate or Confirmation of Registration
If you are a third-country national, you must also upload:
- A colour copy of your Alien Registration Certificate (ARC),
- Along with your Residence Permit or Residence Certificate
Proof of Address (must be issued by one of the following organizations):
- Telecommunications providers (only for internet, pay TV, or landline services)
- Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)
- Water Boards and Sewerage Boards
- Local Authorities (for garbage or property taxes)
- Municipal tax documents, with financial details covered
- Certificate from the community leader/municipality of your area
If you do not have a utility bill in your name, but in the name of someone who lives with you, the bill must be accompanied by one of the following documents:
- A sworn declaration confirming your relationship and permanent residence at that address, or
- A signed confirmation from the community leader or municipality stating that you live at the address mentioned in the utility bill
Address Verification by Post:
If you don't have any of the above documents, we can alternatively verify your address by sending a verification code by post to the address you provided during registration.
Once you receive the letter, you must send us a photo of it either via Live Chat or by email to: support@in2bet.com.cy
Payment Method Verification:
For Credit/Debit Cards:
Provide a photo of the card (both sides) showing clearly:
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number
- The expiration date and cardholder’s name
- For security reasons, it's recommended to hide the CVV code
⚠️ Note:
For Revolut cards, you will need to send us the “Card Confirmation” document from the Revolut app.
For Skrill / Neteller / Paysafe:
Provide a screenshot of your account showing:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number
Make sure your documents meet the following criteria to be accepted:
- The documents are in colour and of good quality
- The documents are complete (all four corners visible)
- The documents are valid (not expired)
- The information is clearly legible
Once your documents are reviewed by the relevant department, you will be notified via email.
If there is any issue with your documents, the relevant department will contact you and request that you resend the appropriate files.
