Verification Process – Help Center

The fastest way to complete your account verification is to upload your documents via the “Verification” section, located in your “User Profile”.

If you encounter any difficulties, you can also send your documents via email to support@in2bet.com.cy, or through Live Chat. Once the review is complete, you will be notified via email.

The verification process includes the following simple steps:

Step 1: Upload one of the acceptable identity documents
Step 2: Upload one of the acceptable proofs of address

How to verify your account
While logged into your account:

Click the username at the top right
Select “Account Verification”

➤ Choose the type of document you are uploading
➤ Select the file from your device
➤ Click Submit to upload it

You can add additional documents by following the same process.

After submitting your documents, you’ll receive a confirmation message and have the option to upload more documents if needed.

Verification is complete once all the required documents are reviewed and approved. The process may take up to 48 hours. Once completed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to the address you provided.

If verification is not successful, you will be informed by email with all the necessary details.
