Cancelling a withdrawal request

If you submitted a withdrawal request but no longer wish to proceed, you can cancel it.

Go to your account settings, select “Wallet”, and then the “Withdrawal” tab where you’ll see your recent withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals that haven't yet been processed will have a “Cancel” option.

Clicking on this will cancel the request, and the funds will be returned to your account.
