How to make a withdrawal

You can withdraw funds from your account through the “Withdraw” option in your Wallet.

You can access your wallet while logged into your account, select “Account” and then “Wallet”

From your wallet, choose “Withdraw” to see the available balance for withdrawal and the available payment methods.

Simply select your preferred method and enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the designated field.

Once you submit your request, it will be processed and the amount will be transferred to the selected payment method within 5 working days.

In some cases, additional delays may occur depending on banking procedures and processing times.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for your original deposit.

If you've used multiple payment methods, you may need to submit separate withdrawal requests based on the amounts deposited with each method.

Please note that your withdrawal may be rejected if it does not comply with gambling industry regulations or if additional documents and verification are required.
