Amount Limits
- Stake Limits - You can set a stake limit for each bet, a 24-hour period, a 7-day period or a 30-day period.
You can decrease your Stake limit with immediate effect.
Increases on Stake limits will be applied and be available after a period of 7 days following the request.
Active bets will be calculated and included on the set stake limits based on the betting date.
In the case you have reached your Stake limit, you will not be able to place any bet until the set period has expired.
- Loss Limit - You can set a loss limit for a 24-hour period, 7-day period or a 30-day period
You can decrease your loss limit with immediate effect.
Increases on loss limits will be applied and be available after a period of 7 days following the request
- Deposit Limit – You can set deposit limits for each deposit, a 24-hour, a 7-day period, or 30-day period.
You can decrease your Deposit limit with immediate effect.
Increases on Deposit limits will be applied and be available after a period of 7 days following the request.
In the case you have reached your deposit limit, you will not be able to deposit any amount until the set period has expired.
Access Limits - You can set session limits and choose for your account to be fully available or fully unavailable for each week day and hour. You simply need to choose from the available table the times you wish your account to be accessible.
Time Out - you are able to set a certain time out period and distance yourself a bit from betting.
Self-Exclusion – you are able to self-exclude your overall betting activity for a chosen period of time.
Please note, that if you choose “indefinite” Self-Exclusion, it is for an indefinite period of longer than 12 months, you won’t be able to access your account during this time. If you wish to re-open your account when your self-exclusion has expired, you’ll need to contact us.
