Declined deposits

If your deposit is declined using the selected payment method, it can usually be resolved easily.

For Skrill, Neteller, or Paysafe, make sure you are using the correct credentials and that your account balance is sufficient for the deposit amount.

For credit/debit cards, check that all information is entered correctly in the respective fields (card number, CVV, cardholder name, expiration date).

Some banks may have restrictions or even block transactions to gambling companies.

We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer if the information is correct, but the transaction is not approved.
