The easiest way to verify your account is for you to upload your documents through the “Verification” section located in your account settings.
If you encounter any difficulty, you can send the documents via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via Live Chat. When the review is completed, you will be notified by email.
The account verification procedure includes the following simple steps:

How to verify your account.
While logged in your account, click on your icon on the top right and choose “User Profile” from the menu that opens.
Within your account settings, choose the “Verification” option.
From this page you can upload your Proof of ID and address.
- Choose the type of Document you are uploading
- Choose the file you wish to upload
- Click Submit to upload your document
Additional documents can be added following the same procedure
After submitting your document, you will receive a confirmation of the upload and the option to add additional documents.
Your verification will be completed once both your proof of ID and proof of address are reviewed and approved.
The verification process might take up to 48 hours to be completed. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon completion.
In case your verification is not successful, you will be informed via email with all the relevant information.
