Cancel withdrawal request

If for any reason you requested a withdrawal and do not wish to proceed, you have the option to cancel your request.

From your Account settings, choose Wallet and go to the Withdrawal tab where you will be able to view all your recent withdrawals.

The withdrawals that have not been completed, will have the option to “Cancel”. By clicking on Cancel, your request will be terminated, and the funds will return to your account
