Forgot username/password

In the case you forgot your password, choose “Sign In” and then click on the “Forgot your Password?” option on the pop-up window that appears.

By providing your registered email address and pressing “Send Password Reset Link”, we will send you an email with a temporary password which you can use to log in and set a new password for your account.
